The elders of Oluba clan in Rhino camp in Madi Okollo  are demanding  government through the office of prime minister to rename   Rhino camp   refugees settlement and other zones like Odobu, Yoro and ocea among others. According the vice administrator of Oluba clan land lord, Faruk Adati, those names sighted are found in both Madi Okollo and Terego district which is causing conflict between the residents of the two districts.

He further stressed that it so sad that  one of place name is given twice in both districts which affecting service delivery in the area.

Rhino camp refugee settlement is a refugee camp in the district of Madi Okollo and Terego both formerly part of Arua district in Northern Uganda. It was opened in 1980 and expanded in wake of south Sudanese civil war to host Sudan influx of refugee in Northern Uganda in particularly west Nile sub region. Faruk blamed  the office of the prime minister for not being mindful of the issue.

Moris Dragiga oriyo one of the elders explained that the issue of the same name of Rhino camp and other settlements found in both district are causing a lot of confussion among them.

However, the deputy refugee desk officer in the office of the prime minister sitting in Arua, Jenna Atoma says that the matter of names of settlement is being handle in the head office in Kampala. Rhino camp refugee, as of January 2018, the settlement had 123,243 registered refugees, mostly south Sudanese and continues to receive new arrivals.
