BAMBOO & OASIS RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT TO SPONSOR COCK STAR PARALYMPIC TEAM SPORT GALA

People leaving with disability in Arua city together with Bamboo and oasis 24 seven Restaurant management is organizing a corporate sport Gala Aiming at soliciting support for COCK STAR PARALYMPIC TEAM, - a visually impaired club in Arua city.  While addressing journalists at Bamboo village in Arua city on Wednesday 28^th/09/2022, the team leader of the gala, Gerald Igga explained that they have noted that the team is struggling financially that is the reason they are organizing the sport gala to raise fund to support it. Bamboo Village and Oasis 24/7 restaurant located in Arua city are two recreational facilities owned and managed under a single administration. 

As a Social Corporates responsibility, the management show this a corporates venture says Igga.

Patrick Nicolas Anguyo one of the team members of the gala says that they are intending to bring sport legends within West Nile sub region and beyond to inspire the current generation in the region about the benefits of sports.

The district football association Chairperson of Arua, Rashid Apangu promised to render technical support to the team where necessary.

The coordinator of Cock star Paralympic, Mercy Ocotoko Monica blamed the community for neglecting them as if they not part of the society.

The sport gala is expected to take place at Wambe ground in the former gaga coach behind Tropical hotel on 08_09_10_2022.
