Haruna Mawa has been named as the new head coach of Onduparaka FC on one year renewable contract. This was confirmed on Monday morning by the Arua based club via their social media platforms.
“OFFICIAL! Onduparaka football would like to announce the appointment of CAF A licensed Coach Haruna Mawa on a One year Renewable contract.
Haruna will be the new leader with the mantle and mandate to steer and steward God’s team onduparaka football club for the season 2022/2023Mawa replaces Gorge Lutalo whose departure was announced before the end of 2021/2022 starTimes Uganda premier league season after poor results with onduparaka.
The former FC Leopards, KCC (now KCCA) FC, Sc Villa, Arua Central Fc, APR and Rayon Sports Fc player is well qualified to handle any team within the confines of Africa having attained a CAF A license and a recognizable UEFA grade from Europe.
He has previously managed Rayon Sports of Rwanda, Victoria University Fc in Uganda, Somali national team, MUBS University team and has also, in the past been part of the coaching staff at KCCA Fc, Proline Fc, Maroons Fc among others.
