FUFA DRUM: WEST NILE FACES ACHOLI PROVINCE IN SEMI FINAL PLAY OFFS

FUFA Drum semi-final draw is now not a speculation as Acholi province is confirmed to face potential showdown with Westnile province as Tooro province play Lango province.

The Westnile province and Lango province historically know their pathway to the FUFA Drum final as they approach the business end of the competition.

The Two Provinces (Westnile province and Lango province) are both primed to reach the final, Westnile province and Lango are bidding to get their hands on the famous trophy this season.

The white Rhinos were brilliant against Kampala province but win their quarter-final tie 6-0 on aggregate. 

Westnile will now face Acholi province in the semi-finals in a Northern Derby game.

Acholi pulled off a stunning win over Buganda province in the other quarter-final tie with 4-3 aggregate and will face west Nile province.

Meanwhile Lango province overcame Bugisu with a 3-1 aggregate victory following a 1-0 loss in first-leg, while Tooro province made light work of Teso with a 3-2aggregate.

The FUFA DRUM semi-final dates are expected to take place on 13th November between Tooro province and Lango province and Westnile province is scheduled in their first semi-final on 20th November with Acholi province , Meanwhile the return fixtures will then be on ,10th December and 18th December respectively.

The final will take place between 7th Jan and 13th Jan 2023 and it will be played on Home and Away basis.
