Former Sports Analyst at Arua City Radio (Access FM), Swabir Habib best known as Suso has officially joined Radio Pacis, a top radio station in Northern Uganda. 

Radio Pacis operates under Arua Diocese Media Center, now with 3 frequencies; 90.9FM and 94.5FM in Arua and 101.4FM in Gulu.

Suso signed a contract on Monday 18th November, 2019 at the media center operating with head offices at Ediofe.

This comes after the Analyst participated in the radio's annual training dubbed: 'Candidate-Mentor Program.

He resigned from Access FM to allow him concentrate on  practicals during this training where he learnt News Writing & Reporting, Audio Editing on Adobe software, Production of Features and Program Presentation. 

After the 2 months training, Suso revealed that he has learnt new skills especially news writing and reporting and use of other equipment.

At Radio Pacis, Suso joins his Mentor during Candiate-Mentor Program and Head of Sports at the station, Ssabo Vincent a.k.a Vincente Da Costa. 

Together with Vincente and Ajai, Suso will present Radio Pacis Sports Analysis every weekdays on 94.5FM from 9:00am, also on weekends. 

Apart from Sports, he will co-present Uganda Music Mix with Ayiko Nelson, known as Nelly JR and will also produce Radio Features at the station.

Why his name 'Imbapi Suso'

He was born as Swabir Habib, a Lugbara by tribe, and trained as a school teacher for primary level.

He nicknamed himself as 'Imbapi', a Lugbara term meaning Teacher following his profession. 

He is so passionate about Sports hence featuring in different sporting activities, including Golf, Football and Pool.
