With barely three weeks to the close of the Ugandan transfer window, Onduparaka Has so far signed four players namely; Norman Angufidru (Calvary FC), Munir Saidi (Pakwach Young stars), Jamal Maliamungu (Free Agent) and Ibrahim Ekellot of Busoga United.
Based on the above signing, we aim to see a solid Onduparaka team as its been the tradition of the club to groom young talents a trend that has seen how the team has produced national figures such as Mohamad Shaban. The following are the nalysis of the new signings;
1. Jamal Maliamungu (Free Agent) - Former KCCA
Goal Keeper Jamal is a former KCCA FC player who was confirmed out of the Kasasiro Lugogo base as of late August 2020 after he had failed to get a contract renewal and has been a free agent of late.
Jamal before joining KCCA had played for UPDF FC, Water FC and Bugerere (Masaza) as a goalkeeper and notably helped Maroons win the Big League title. He is therefore a great addition to the caterpilars.
