Bull FC has picked maximum points from the away visit to Arua. This win now places the Jinja Based team third on the log standings of the StarTimes Uganda Premier League (SUPL) following their comprehensive 2-0 victory away at Onduparaka on Saturday.
Martin Aprem got himself a brace for BUL, each goal coming in either half, for the away side’s second victory of the campaign. Aprem scored the first goal on 18 minutes and the second on 58, Jerome Kirya and Ivan Wani the creators. The hosts, Onduparaka, also had their striker Rashid Agau twice hit the post in the second half as they pushed for something from the game.
BUL now have six points from a possible nine, while Onduparaka are two places below them on five marks from four matches. At the Kabaka Kyabaggu Stadium, Wakiso Giants recorded their second successive win after a false start to the season. They left it late to pip Busoga United 1-0, Frank Ssebufu scoring the winner with three minutes of normal time left to play. Wakiso are now fifth on six points after four games, while Busoga drop down to third from bottom on three in as many matches .
