AN INSIGHT INTO THE NEW ONDUPARAKA JERSEY
As one of the most out standing Club news of the 2022/23 Startimes Uganda Premier League season, legendary Onduparaka FC has officially unveiled the season jersey for 2022/23.
This news came to the limelight as of Saturday, March 18, 2023 inside Nairobi Hall at the lavish Skyz Hotel (Marriott) on Naguru Hill, Kampala.

What inspired the design?
Unique to the Onduparaka FC mode of replica Jersey design and manufacturing is that the team is solely in control of how the final design product.
This is by the fact that Onduparaka has no contractual ties with manufacturers such as Mafro, Adidas etc..
According to the official statements from the Club's PRO, Mr. Drabe Goofery; the current design of the kit draws on the core ideas of the cultural Heritage based on the African cultural context & Onduparaka Historical Heritage of the green and the caterpillar symbols.
Key to resonating with the Club's true belief in faith, the God's Team slogan features strongly at the back ends of the collar as seen below.

However, as a unique idea to the current design, the new home kit this time rounds comes with a round collar an idea that has brought about the uniqueness but with a rooted idea to the green color that reflects the official color of the Onduparaka club as well as the White away kit which has a strong attachment to the Caterpillar feature, a strong identity to the club.

key to the future of the club also came the new sponsorship renewal announcement from Ababet as the Ondu - Ababet marriage comes to the third year but with a renewed marital commitment of 5 years more tenure cemented o an increased sponsorship value of 850 Million Ugx.

Break into the new sponsorship - what it means?
Key to note is that the new sponsorship presents more hopes as every figure or unit in the articles show an increase in value as analyzed below;
The 5 years extension as key to the deal projects on the progress, hope and consistence of the sponsor - Ababet as well as the strong belief in the Onduparaka Brand.
The increase on amount as core improvement means that the new sponsorship value now has a 30 Million increment on the current one based on the previous (450M for 3 years)
Under the new sponsor deal, Onduparaka FC shall bag home 170 Million annually (14,166,667 Million monthly) a figure which has risen by 30 million as of the just ended 450 Million three years sponsorship value (150 Million Annually & 12.5M monthly) .
Based on the above data, expect to see Ababet - Ondu marriage for the next five years keeping constant the fact that the club plays in the Top tier leaque.

In attendance was the director Onduparaka Benjamin Nyakuni, players led by the captain Rashid Yakini, Nathan Oloro and Dennis Ojara, assistant coach Nestroy Kizito, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Michael Achirdi, club media officer, the media personalities among others.
The new kits have already hit the market in Arua city and most parts of the country. In Arua, you can get your self one at the Ondupraka office located at Cafeteria building - Arua. In Kampala city, the fans can procure the jerseys at Soccer Net outlet on Mabirizi complex shop G-50.

Onduparaka sits bottom on the 15 team log with just 10 points off 17 matches. At the end of the season, two clubs will be relegated to the FUFA Big League pool as the 2022/2023 leaque presented less contenders after Kyetume FC failed to fulfill registration guidelines.
