30M EMYOOGA FUNDS MEANT FOR OKORO PERFORMING ARTIST EMYOOGA SACCO GROUP SWINDLED BY ZOMBO DISTRICT EMYOOGA PROJECT FOCAL PERSON:

Report reaching our news desk as at dailywestnile.info indicates with shocking revelation on how the 30 Million EMYOOGA funds meant for Okoro Performing Artists EMYOGA Sacco (Zombo Artist Union) has been swindled and corrupted in the watch of the Zombo district focal person for the funds - the commercial officer. Its reported by the concerned chairperson of the group Mr. Dot Okiwi aka Igwe that; 

the group had received a sum of 30 million in the Centenary Bank group account as funds meant to implement the activities of the EMYOOGA Group.

However, the group members were surprised to see the money withdrawn without their authorization after the District Focal persons with some parties changed the bank signatories and used the funds to purchase a Tipper Lorry which was off their planned activities.

As per the initial action plan, the group had planned to use the funds to set up a modern state of art recording and video studio in Zombo so as to boast the Music and Performing art industry. The group further revealed that the mafia groups had connived with the commercial officer of the district and changed the group bank signatories and went bizarre in terms of the implementation. It is believed that the above mafia group had even organized a party in which they planned to officially launch the EMYOOGA project in the presence of the District RDC. 

This plan was later disrupted after when the Group chairman Mr. Dot Okiwi filled a theft case against this Mafia as at Paidha Central Police station with the reference number as seen below.
